Donovan

Meet Donovan originally from southern California sharks and the ocean have always had a strong grip on his life. While growing up hunting, fishing, and boating, respect for nature and the water was just a part of life from a young age. For as long as he can remember he's been fascinated by watching National Geographic and Animal Planet learning about the ocean and all creatures. Having a passion for the ocean, wildlife, and teaching is what originally led to his career as a Padi Scuba Instructor and Emergency First  Response Instructor.

Being an avid sailor and adventurer naturally becoming a captain was the next step. Safety, respect, and sharing his knowledge and love for the ocean and sharks has always been a passionate subject for him. If he isn't swimming with sharks or scuba diving in and out of shipwrecks or caves you can find him sailing between the islands or competitively racing sailboats almost any day of the week.

Nick

Nick Ashe Ocean Addict 808 Shark Diving Hawaii

Meet Nick, a Hawaii-based photographer and filmmaker who loves to capture the world's beauty from an underwater perspective. He is a certified freediver and PADI rescue diver, which means he's the guy you want around when the ocean gets a little too friendly.

Nick's passion for photography started when he realized that his life looked a lot cooler through a lens. He spends most of his time frolicking with playful pods of dolphins and flirting with curious sea turtles. If you're lucky enough to catch him out of the water, you'll find him wrangling his two young kids, dreaming up his next big shot.

Jordan

A diver for four years and SCUBA Instructor for two, Jordan has logged thousands of dives in Hawai’i. From freediving with sharks and octopus to SCUBA diving through wrecks and caves he’s maintained a meticulous safety record, pre-empting incidents before they occur. With a strict adherence to standards, integrity and safety come before all else.

When he’s not working in the water, Jordan can be found either hiking the mountains or exploring new dive sites around Oahu. He brings the magic of discovery on every adventure and finds great joy in developing new divers.

Alex

PADI SCUBA Instructor, Water Guide

Hi, my name is Alex Moe originally from Chicago, Illinois and been living on Oahu for 5 years now. Ever since I was really young I’ve been obsessed and fascinated with the ocean and marine life. Even growing up in the Midwest, hundreds of miles from the ocean, I was always determined to make my way to the water. I went on a trip with my family when I was in high school to swim with whale sharks and remember telling my mom that one day I’d spend the rest of my life wearing a wetsuit to work every day.

After I graduated high school I moved straight to Hawaii to be by the ocean and have spent the last 5 years working in, on, and around the water. Since being in Hawaii I’ve attained my PADi instructor certification and EFR instructor certification. I’ve gotten 5 years of experience working as a snorkel guide, boat crew, PADI SCUBA instructor, and marine research assistant.

Outside of working in the water I love to spend my free time bodysurfing and freediving. Spending every day in the water in Hawaii and being around this unique ecosystem has taught me the importance of all of life in the ocean and has created my passion for sharing my stoke and love for the ocean to people from around the world.
